RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please review all product descriptions, photos and selected options carefully before placing your order.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Cancellation or change requests must be submitted within one hour of purchase. After this period, production may begin and the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
Because many HandmadebyMeganR products are printed, assembled, personalized or created specifically for each order, I cannot make changes once production has started. This includes changes to zodiac sign, color collection, design, size or shipping address.
Submitting a request within the one-hour window does not guarantee that a change can be completed, but I will make every reasonable effort if production has not yet begun.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, accidental orders, incorrect selections or minor color differences caused by screen settings.

• Completed bedazzled canvases
• Digital downloads
• Sale items
Please double-check all product options and shipping information before completing checkout.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact me within seven days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the shipping package if it arrived damaged
Please keep the product and its original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Depending on the issue and product, I will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because digital products are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled after access or download. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact me so I can help resolve it.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect or another refund is required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
