SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with HandmadebyMeganR. Please review the following information before placing your order.
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
Physical products are currently shipped within the United States only.
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Please confirm that your email address is correct before purchasing a digital item.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates depend on how an item is fulfilled.
DIY kits, custom artwork and physical crochet products are packaged and shipped directly by HandmadebyMeganR. Shipping for these products is calculated at checkout using current USPS rates based on the package and delivery destination.
Products fulfilled by a production partner, including printed canvases and wall-art prints, have a flat shipping rate of $12 per order.
If an order contains products from both fulfillment groups, the applicable shipping charges may be combined at checkout. These products will likely arrive in separate packages and may have different delivery dates.
Digital products do not incur shipping charges.
PROCESSING TIMES
Processing time is the amount of time required to create, print, prepare or package your order before it is given to the shipping carrier. It does not include transit time.
Processing times vary by product:
• DIY Zodiac Canvas Kits: approximately 10–14 business days
• Custom finished canvases: approximately 4–6 weeks
• Printed canvases and print-on-demand products: generally 2–5 business days
• Ready-to-ship handmade products: see the individual product listing
• Made-to-order crochet or handmade products: see the individual product listing
• Digital products: delivered electronically after purchase
The processing and estimated delivery information displayed on each product page applies to that specific item.
If your order contains products with different processing times, the products may ship separately. Items shipped together may follow the longest applicable processing time.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, production delays or other circumstances outside my control.
If an unexpected delay affects my ability to ship your order within the stated timeframe, I will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed when your physical order ships.
Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may receive multiple tracking numbers. Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the rest of your order is missing.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after receiving your shipping confirmation.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Address-change requests must be submitted within one hour of purchase. I will make every reasonable effort to update the address if production or fulfillment has not begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, I may be unable to change or redirect it.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend it. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
Some products are fulfilled by a production partner, while others are prepared and shipped directly by HandmadebyMeganR. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and on different dates.
Please review all tracking numbers included with your shipping notifications before reporting part of an order as missing.
MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS
Multiple items may be packaged together when they can be shipped safely and are being fulfilled from the same location.
Multiple DIY kits may be combined into one package when space and protection allow. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout using the total package information and delivery destination.
Print-on-demand products have a flat $12 shipping rate per order. Customers are not charged an additional flat shipping fee for each Printify canvas or print purchased within the same order.
Orders placed separately are not guaranteed to be combined, and shipping charges from separate orders cannot always be refunded.
DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, its movement and delivery timeline are outside my direct control. However, I will make every reasonable effort to help investigate a significantly delayed or potentially lost shipment.
If tracking has not updated for seven business days, please contact me with your order number.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
• Confirm the shipping address on your order
• Check around your property and any secure delivery areas
• Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted it
• Contact the shipping carrier or local post office
If the package still cannot be located, contact me so I can review the available options. A replacement or refund cannot be guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided, but each situation will be reviewed individually.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, please contact me within seven days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the shipping package if it arrived damaged
Please keep the product and all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution will be arranged.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to HandmadebyMeganR or a production partner because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charge required for redelivery.
Made-to-order, customized and personalized products may not be eligible for a refund if they are returned as undeliverable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not currently available. Any future international availability and rates will be displayed at checkout.
